We include molds designed from the beginning for the production of products such as vertical borders, on which a vibrator is attached or new generation city furniture, which need to be opened, in the category of custom-made molds.
These patterns can be found entirely within their own
requirements. Although they are generally larger in volume than those that can be made in pavingstone/block
machines, products that need to be produced with
individual molds because they are different only in shape are also encountered in this type of molds.
In general, the production cycles are slower, but the effects from the external environment are greater. While designing such molds, the durability and functionality required by working outdoors are taken into consideration.
