In this technique, our molds are manufactured using the most optimal durable sheets that are resistant to abrasion, which we have achieved as a result of our material tests that we have carried out for many years.
The internal-joint method that used in the construction of the molds, allows the sheets to be interlaced together, which reduces the welding and minimizes the stress, as well as increases the structural strength of the mold.
Their production is completed with the poke-yoke method, which facilitates the realization of the mold
design completed in the computer environment and increases the quality while minimizing the margin
of error, and the assembly is accelerated.
This technique, which is carried out by using sheet metal, creates the
option of choosing the desired material in line based on the need.
